HG2 Architects assisted a small private developer with designs for a replacement dwelling on a very prominent site with a conservation area in Putney, West London. The proposal, which was granted planning permission is 2020, involed the addition of a storey to create a more functional house and additional floorspace. The project involed substantial negotiations with the Planning and Conservations Officers to achieve an aceeptable and contextual appropriate design.
