Penthouse Apartment, Harrogate

HG2 Architects assisted The Boston Property Group, with designs for renovation and remodelling an existing top-floor apartment, which was previously in a poor and dated condition. The designs involved substantial internal works to create a 21st century penthouse including a large rooflight and balcony to enhance natural light and provide the feeling of some outdoor space. The apartment is currently used as a highly successful holiday let.
