Mixed-use Commercial Unit, Harrogate

Completed development for the change-of-use of a book shop in the centre of Harrogate, to a mixed-use building, comprised of commercial and residential. Many options were explored to achieve the most viable scheme.

 

The final design incorporates a restaurant at ground floor level and duplex apartment on the first and second floors. The Victorian terrace is located in the heart of the Conservation Area and the designs evolved following input from the Planning Officer.

 

The proposals were considered very carefully to make the best use of available space. Developed and project managed by the client. The ground floor commercial space is now occupied by PIZZA SOCIAL
