HG2 architects developed conceptual designs and prepared a report to support a pre-application enquiry to Durham council for an entirely new tourism business at a green field site in Durham. The site is located in an area of high-value landscape and a flood zone, which resulted in substantial design challenges which needed to be overcome. A full suite of planning documents was then prepared and submitted to the council.
