Designs for an outline application for up to eighty homes on the edge of Green Hammerton. The outline application was submitted when the Local Authority did not have a five-year supply and therefore was supported at committee. Further stage 3 designs were produced for the reserved matters application. The site was eventually purchased and developed by Strata Homes.
