RIBA Stages 0 - 3

 

A planning application has been submitted on behalf of Urbanwave Developments, for the redevelopment of a beautiful Victorian hotel on the North Yorkshire coastline. It is proposed that this now vacant hotel, which is currently in an extremely poor state of repair, will be converted into sixteen one, two and three-bedroom luxury apartments.

 

The works involve substantial internal structural alterations, remodelling and renovation. Externally the property will be renovated to bring it back to its former glory, and additional balconies will be created. HG2 Architects have currently assisted with RIBA Stage 0 – 3, which has included assistance with the brief development, preparation of all drawings and detailed Design and Access Statement.

 

HG2 Architects have worked closely with the planning consultant: Paul Stone and Commercial Property Agents: @cphestateagents to develop the designs.
